At C2 Myanmar Cuisine (UEN: 202600175H), we take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our food. Because our dishes are freshly prepared to order, we have strict guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and the kitchen has begun preparation, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us immediately by phone, though we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated once cooking has started.

2. Food Quality and Order Errors

If you receive an incorrect item or if there is a genuine issue with the quality of your food, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence to help us improve our kitchen operations. Valid claims will be resolved via a replacement item or a refund to the original payment method at management’s discretion.

3. Third-Party Delivery Orders

If you placed your order through a third-party delivery platform (e.g., GrabFood) and experience issues such as late delivery, cold food due to driver delays, or missing items dropped by the courier, you must request your refund directly through the delivery app. C2 Myanmar Cuisine cannot issue direct refunds for transactions processed by third-party platforms.

4. Refund Processing

For direct orders eligible for a refund, the approved amount will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
